LOSE WEIGHT TIPS 


There are several things you can do to lose weight, all following the simple rule of burning more calories than you are taking in. Something however must be said of a healthy lifestyle. A healthy lifestyle will eventually assist and lead to weight loss 
 In view of this, below are some healthy things to incorporate into your lifestyle.  Some are dietary, yet some are just daily activities


Dietary
Fiber up - puting fiber in your diet helps in shedding pounds of fat. Fiber generally contains very little calorie yet they are bulky. They are bulky enough to take up space in your stomach, makes you fill full and therefore reduces the frequency of hunger. What fiber does is to infuence by slowing down the absorption of fast carbs. The result is less fat accumulation or its storage 

Chew your food well- Not much emphasis is being placed on good health implication of chewing you food well before swallowing. Chewing wells coats your food well with saliva and helps break it down well. This in turn reduces the amount of work that the deuodenum  has to do to further break carbs down. This eliminates absorption of a half digested food stuffs and toxins as a whole. 


Go nutty - it is o.k to snack in between meals but what you snack on is what is important. Nuts are not just fiber-rich but they are good sources of plant protein which is very healthy. The only downside is if you have allergies to nuts then you must beware

Take fresh fruits- these are also good to take as snacks. Fruits are rich in antioxidant. Antioxidants are great for rejuvenation of body cells. As you shed weight, you need to replenish your body at the cellular level to take a stressful look out and maintain a fresh look. 

Water, water, water- drink water to quench your thirst instead of soda and all those sugar-laden canned fruit juices
You must count calories to lose weight- I am starting to hear a lot of bogus statement about this subject. In spite of whatever you might have heard, calorie counting is what will ensure you lose weight. I know counting calories means you must have access to a calorie counting software. What is important is that you should not be malnourished. You cannot take less than 1200 calories per day
you must eat foods all the different classes of food that there is. A little protein, preferably plant protein, some slow carbs, vitamins, minerals and don't forget your water.
Daily Activities
Walking to lose weight- Walking as simple as it looks can help a great deal in weight loss. We are in an age where a 1 Mile journey is necessarily done behind wheels thus we have all become lazy at walking. Walk at least 0.8 miles everyday.

Look for an exercise that you enjoy doing- Recently my daughter started doing jump rope. She just enjoys doing it but trust me she is burning off calories. I for one like to dance, dancing is a form of exercise and it make me sweat. Simply looking for something you like doing that burn off calories is a sneaky way to lose weight. 

Keep a journal to track success- there is nothing worse than not knowing what works and what does not. Measure your weight not too often but once in a week to see how well you are doing.
